Garage in Droitwich Road on east side. Dated 1951. This appears to be near the junction with Bilford Road and is where the Hi Q tyre and exhaust retailer is now. Also on the site now is a used car dealer. Coach in the background looks like it could be a Bedford. Car on left could be an Austin. It could be the one that is opposite the Raven in Droitwich Road and is now a car wash.

The Bell Inn in Droitwich Road in 1951. Flowers and Sons ales. Car in front looks like an Austin 12 or a Morris 10. Used to have a skittle alley but not sure if alley was there in 1951

General stores on corner of Droitwich Road and St Stephens Street in 1951. Now Shelton and Lines estate agent, Before that it was a gent's hairdresser called The Barbers Clock. As well as gent's hairdressing it was also a place that sold and repaired old clocks and wind-up gramaphones. Before that it spent some time as a carpet and flooring shop

Date could be between 1913 and 1922. The corner behind the cars is where The Scala Theatre was built in 1922. Nearer 1913, though, as the pile of rubble behind the wooden fence (of interest to the people standing near), was probably from the 1913 demolition of the east side of Little Angel Street. This then joined Angel Place, where the cars are parked, and the whole widened street became Angel Place.
